Chapter 59 Uncle's Tears And A Girl's Defiance

  • William Blake quickly received a reply from Jane: "Uncle, you made me cry, and cry, and I hate you."
  • The brief message allowed William Blake to imagine Jane's situation on the other side. Only a little girl would say "I hate you" so easily and dare to express it outright. And just like a young man smitten with love, William Blake began to coax her, typing rapidly, and sent over: "Little miss, wait until we meet tomorrow. You can hate me then, hate with all your heart, and you can punish me however you want. Just stop crying, okay? How will you face people with swollen eyes tomorrow?"
  • Jane lay on the bed, her back to Isabella Parker, with the light from her phone illuminating the walls of the room. Isabella Parker lay sprawled on the bed, half-asleep, and upon seeing this, she rubbed her eyes and said, "Mallory, why aren't you asleep yet? We have to train again tomorrow, and I'm so tired."
