Chapter 13

• "Remember what I told you" Mason reminded Anabelle as they walked into the court and she nodded, although she was nervous, she was willing to do anything to keep her son with her.
• Mason had told her to tell the court that Hazel took advantage of her when she was just an intern in his company and had paid her off to never show her face to him again, Anabelle felt bad because that was not what happened but if that will help her with her case, she was willing to do it.
• Mason had also told her to do anything to get the sympathy of the judge since she is a woman, the judge's decision might favor her if she was able to get her sympathy.
