• After thoroughly investigations, we were able to get to the root of the manipulation of the accounts. All this while, Maverick had an insider who was working in finance. He had been manipulating the figures and secretly channelling money to Maverick’s account for almost a year now. All I had to do was threaten to sack the man and make sure to blacklist his name such that after he has been fired, he wouldn’t be able to get a job anywhere else. He came clean immediately saying he had children to feed.
• Maverick is yet to know though but he’ll shockingly find out today in the board meeting which will commence in the next fifteen minutes. As for Mr Sam, he’s getting his letter of release today after work. If he thinks that I’m going to happily keep him after this stunt he pulled, he had better think twice.
