• After the on-site inspection of Midway Island, the Packs and forces that wanted to participate in the development and construction of the Midway Island project had to start preparing development plans to be submitted to the project review team for evaluation. This process would take five days.
• According to the agreement between Tuco and me, during this time I needed to do two things: first, assemble my own team and come up with a comprehensive development plan to secure more shares of the Midway Island project; second, find a way to undermine the alliance formed by Volcker and Sofia, making it difficult for them to obtain a large share of the project, or even better, disqualify them altogether.
