• Jason clenched the handle of his suitcase tightly as he stared up at the mansion in front of him with extra suitcases behind him. Since Melanie had made it dead clear that the house had to be evacuated the same day, he had no choice but to move out and give the couple some space to move in freely.
• The couple Melanie had promised the house to thanked Jason so much despite him meeting them so he could cut the deal. The guilty feeling of denying them refrained him from even attempting to say no and politely told then to wait until he packed up his things.
