• It took a few weeks to straighten things out with the new territory I had gained. Easing the wolves into a new pack structure was going to take some more time, but at least the majority of the high ranking wolves understood the basic rules. And the fact that they would no longer be high ranking wolves. Now that I had taken nearly the entirety of the USA there was no reason to hold off on solidifying my position as alpha, shifting each structure of the new territories into that of my packs.
• “Ruslana, Elder Beccam is here at your request.” Kanjax called from the door, passing me the message that the guard outside had delivered to him.
• Kanjax and I were in an office on the top floor of the newly acquired compound in Kansas, going through documents denoting what weaponry was housed here. I had sent for Elder Beccam some time ago, planning on using him to plan out the details of the management of the territories.
