• "Hello, doctor Sam," I said, walking into Dr Sam's office very early this morning.
• I have practically been awake through the night, I couldn't catch any sleep, how can I, when I'm in a hospital? And with this much going on, I had to make sure I leave this hospital first thing this morning.
• "Hello, Mrs Brown, please do have a seat," Dr Sam said, "you are here so early, is there a problem? Is Alex okay?" Dr Sam asked looking at me, I think I have come here too early giving the look on his face.
