• "What did dad ask you to do with her?" I asked Brian, I want to know what he was asked to do exactly, because I know dad can be despicable most times and Brian will carry out his bidding no matter what.
• "It doesn’t concern you, Kyle," he told me in a stain voice.
• "What do you mean, it doesn't concern me, of course, it concerns me, Brian, it's my fault that kid is lying in there fighting for his life so if there's anybody who's going to be here, it's supposed to be me, I wonder why dad didn't want it that way, unless he has something up his sleeves which he knows I won't approve of," I told him.
