Chapter 8
- Justin's Pov
- I drove into the property, the low and throaty car engine purring as it slowed to a stop. Mary stood with her hands akimbo in front of the building, tapping her feet impatiently as she saw my car approaching.
- "I'll come down first" Olivia who had been working on my member since we left the hotel slipped her hand out of my trousers and kissed me on the lips - which could not be seen from my tinted windscreen. My manhood swelled in my pants and a sigh escaped my lips, wondering if the hardness would drop before I reached my wife.
- I watched as Olivia walked past her mother without saying hi. I was used to the tension between mother and child and I was the link to calming them. Mary was a tough mother and she needed Olivia to bend to all her rules.
- "Shit!" I pressed my hands down as I saw Mary approach my car with furrowed eyebrows. She reached me and knocked on my window. There was no explanation as to why I was hard when her daughter was in the car with me.
- When the window slid down, showing her angry face, my lips curled into a smile, bringing the flowers that I had bought from the back seat, and handed them to her as I stylishly got out of the car.
- With the same frown on her face, she accepted it and sniffed it. "My favorite" she rolled her eyes.
- "I mean, I recognize it anywhere" I responded, pulling her into a hug that she forcefully got out of.
- "You said you would be back immediately after the meeting, not the next day."
- "The meeting was late. I am sorry, I should have come back, but you know Olivia is with me. I did not want to endorse late driving."
- "Let her step down as your PA if it will deter our time together." She said.
- "Mary?" I arched my brows.
- "It's the truth. You spoil her way too much. She should get her job, struggle with bosses who do not do only what she says. Take cabs. Get tired. Let her be normal. You cannot keep treating her like a princess." She said in a hard tone and I knew better to just nod my head and listen to her. Mary could not be convinced by the argument.
- My heart skipped a beat when her eyes began to assess me. "You're hard" she mentioned, placing her hand on my pants.
- My lips twisted into a seductive smile. "It is what you do to me, Mary. I missed you."
- For once, she smiled too and rested her body on mine. "Keep your attraction on a low. We have a child here."
- "She's not a child." I corrected her as I wrapped my hand around her buttocks. "She's twenty-four now. You've been saying she's a child since she was nineteen."
- "Well, isn't she? She doesn't have a man, doesn't want to further her education, only accepts a job from her stepfather…"
- Before she could finish speaking, my lips met hers and she became silent, kissing me back like I had starved her for too long. "She's her mother's daughter," I said to her and Mary exhaled. "She took a lot of her personality from you. Give her some kindness."
- "But I am not the rude spoiled brat."
- "Are you sure?" I smirked at her. "Remember how we met?" I asked her and she laughed, very hard she was hitting the flower on my chest. I laughed too as I squeezed her body against mine.
- It was meant to be a two-week vacation thing with Mary, I had no intentions of remarriage but it did turn out to be this, and 5 years later, we were still…locked in was not the word, but yeah, here we were.
- Two divorcees who needed each other so bad they had to make marriage work. To my grandfather, marriage was a stable assumption and when it was my turn to get the dividend, he suggested that it was terminated because I was divorced.
- He included that I could not keep a home and so the dividend was not mine to keep.
- Mary was there at that time and she was helpful. I had fallen for her body and her brilliance, and she could not get over how sex was with me. When I had proposed to her out of the blue, she had accepted and was on a flight with me the next day to see my grandfather, and till today I did not know what magic she did, but it worked on the old man and I got more than what I deserved, plus he liked her instantly.
- Marriage progressed. Mary was always available to me, unless I refused to be in bed with her. She had mentioned she remarried for companionship and she wanted a man who would be glued to her skin for the rest of her life.
- I wasn't that man…yet. Business was running very smoothly and I needed to be at work to see things through, but I could not lose Mary. Not after Grandfather loved her.
- We were so in love and into each other…except a few years ago when my mind began to stray elsewhere. I believed I had self-control, keeping those feelings to myself and hiding the tension I felt when she was around, but it was a lie…
- My control only needed a trigger…
- And when I had kissed my stepdaughter who was standing at my front door completely drenched in rain. I knew there was no going back.
- Things had changed. I wanted only Olivia. I had never wanted a woman as I desired her. And the time was now, what Olivia and I had started was unstoppable.
- I felt no guilt. Not after knowing the feeling was mutual. How could I love a woman whom I could give birth to? I had thought that also, but she was an adult and love was ageless.
