• Thank goodness, I thought you weren't going to make it,” Mila said as soon as Willow, Aaliyah and Raine walked through the door. Mr and Mrs Bennett had arrived a day before thanksgiving and as usual, there was tension especially between them and Naya.
• “ What's keeping you at the door, Mila?" Her mom yelled from the dining room. She didn't answer as she walked with her friends into the dining. Not that her parents minded anyway, all they wanted was to get over with the dinner and then go back to their work so they don't get called ‘bad parents’.
• Gia was there with her boyfriend, Niel as well. The table was set for dinner and the room was quiet except for the cutlery which could be heard.
