Chapter 4 The new girl

  • The new girl
  • Saved And Hated By The Gang Lord
  • Madison's P O V
  • I continued begging and pleading but didn't hear anything.  After about 10 minutes, I opened my eyes and lifted my head. But he was gone.
  • Huh, where is he? Where did he go to? I wondered, turning around, still shaking.
  • Is he hiding somewhere with his gun pulled out? Oh goodness, —I don't want to die. I don't want to die like this. I thought while crying my eyes out.
  • "Hey, what is it?" Kyle suddenly showed up asking, concern written all over his face.
  • "He wants to kill me. I didn't do anything, and please tell him that I didn't do anything. Tell him to forgive me." I begged, still staring around.
  • "No one is going to kill you. No one, calm down." He said, holding onto my shoulders.
  • "But, he...he was just here. He is here," I declared, still crying.
  • "No. no one is here, I promise. You are fine. Come here." He consoled and pulled me into what I'll call a reassuring hug.
  • "But...” I made to look around again but couldn't as he held onto my head and pressed it against his chest. I guess he wants me to stop crying.
  • I'm pretty sure that I'm shaken.
  • "It's okay. No one is here. It's just me. You are fine now." He kept saying as I ended up hugging him.
  • We stayed that way for a few minutes before he let go. He sighed and looked at me.
  • "Let's go. I think you need to rest. You are quite shaken." He implied. He turned and started getting on, departing from me to follow him.
  • "You are Madison, right?" He probed.
  • "Yes," I answered.
  • "Can we be friends?" He asked, then turned to look at me.
  • "Friends?" I asked, staring at him with my eyes wide open.
  • "Yes," he confirmed.
  • "Um...” I looked down at the floor in thought.
  • "I have no friends, and it seems to me that you are going to be staying here. Let's become friends, and I'll protect you." He assured.
  • I looked up at him hearing his words. Will he protect me? Will he do that? He doesn't look like a bad guy to me.
  • He looks nice, almost harmless. He seems the opposite of Enzo in terms of character. Even though they are both handsome. But I wonder how two siblings can be hell and heaven? Well, I can't be sure about him being a good person.
  • Who knows, he might have a motive for these —What if he tries to take advantage of me? What am I even thinking? If he were going to do that, he'd have already done it. Why wait when he has all the power in the world?
  • He is the brother of the master here. And he says he will protect me, I don't have anyone here, and I have no choice.
  • "Yes," I agreed, looking up at him. He chuckled.
  • "Can I call you Maddy then? Like a nickname. Is that okay with you?" He asked.
  • "Yes, that's fine," I returned his smile.
  • "Okay, let's go in." He shook his head and put his left arm around my shoulder.
  • We got closer to my door to see Madam Greta standing in front of it.
  • "Where have you been? I've been waiting." Madam Greta looked at me and then at Kyle.
  • "Is there a problem? She was with me." Kyle answered.
  • "Um...Master Enzo called for you five minutes ago. You are already late, and he'll be pretty mad." Madam Greta announced.
  • "Really?" I exclaimed, stepping away from Kyle.
  • Geez, he called for me five minutes ago. Am I not in trouble?
  • "Why? Why did he call for her?" Kyle suddenly asked.
  • "I don't know." Madam Greta looked down. "Let me take you to his room now," she offered. We were about to leave when Kyle suddenly grabbed hold of my arm from rearwards, making Madam Greta and I turn to look at him.
  • "I'll...I'll go with you." Kyle offered.
  • "No, you can't." Madam Greta announced and looked him in the eye.
  • "You know your relationship with him. He won't...he won't like it." She shook her head, trying to pass a message to him. And as if Kyle understood, he lets go of my arm.
  • "I guess I'll just go see him after. I don't want to complicate things for you." He looked at me and declared openly.
  • "Let's go." Madam Greta pulled me away and took me to another room far from mine. She knocked and opened the door a few seconds later.
  • "Sir, it's me. She's late because of me. Please punish me." Madam Greta let out before pushing me into the room; then she closed the door.
  • I wonder why he called for me. I don't understand what I'm doing here now. This room looks different from the last one. This one seems more like a guy's bedroom, with everything in black: the sofas, the table, the flooring, and even the European-sized bed.
  • "Aren't you listening to me?!" I heard a loud voice rumble, giving rise to my fright.
  • "Huh," I looked up to see him standing here half-naked. He isn't wearing a shirt, and his upper body is covered in tattoos.
  • He stepped closer to me and grabbed my chin, and he lifted it, making me look straight into his dark grey eyes.
  • "You don't answer me like that you...!" He suddenly paused. His hand tightened on my skin, making me embarrassed.
  • "Now, I have two rules. Just two rules that you'll obey. One is; Don't get on my nerves.
  • Two is; Remember the first rule." He groaned as he slowly let go of me.
  • "And you don't reply to me rudely, I am not your counterpart, and even if I were, you still don't have the right to reply to me the way you want. Do you understand me?"
  • "Yes...yes, sir," I answered, looking down at the floor.
  • "Boss, the man is here. We brought him here, and he is insisting on seeing you." The voice announced.
  • "I'll be down." Enzo groaned his reply before going to pick a shirt. He got up, walked past me and got to the door.
  • "Follow me." He ordered before walking out. I gulped down nothing and turned to follow him.
  • I don't know why he called me up, and I'm glad that this voice interrupted whatever it is he wanted to do. I followed him slowly as we descended the stairs. A chair was already prepared for him. He sat down, standing up to a man and his daughter. They were both kneeling.
  • There were two of Enzo's men standing beside the man, while the vicious man, the one that brought me here, stood beside them.
  • "I heard you wanted to see me." Enzo began folding up his arms.
  • "Yes, I wanted to, Mr. Enzo." The man answered.
  • "You are the police officer who thought it was smart crossing me, right?" Enzo asked, resentment reflecting in his voice.
  • "No. No. I wasn't aware that you were the one, sir, I-”
  • "Shut up! You are playing honesty with the wrong person. I gave you a warning, but you don't love your life." He paused. “And now, you are going to lose it," Enzo growled at him.
  • "No, no, please. I won't do that again, Mr. Enzo. Please forgive me." The policeman started pleading with fear written all over his face.
  • "You have heard about me before, right?" Enzo leaned forward in question.
  • "Yes, I...I have." He answered.
  • "Then you must have heard that I don't give second chances. That I don't forgive someone?" Enzo questioned.
  • The policeman gulped down the air before falling flat on the floor.
  • "Can you please make an exception for me? Please, I don't want to die yet." The policeman cried. Even the girl beside him started crying
  • "Please have mercy on my father, please? Forgive him this once." The girl pleaded.
  • "Continue your righteous acts in hell. I'm sure you saw this coming," Enzo smirked.
  • "Please, I beg you, the policeman started crawling in an attempt to get to him, but Enzo's men held him. They started hitting him with a rod, and soon, the man remained still on the cold tiles.
  • Not talking, but just blinking. I'm sure he is going to die soon.
  • Arg! I hate all these. I hate here. I hate this man. I hate him so much. He made me witness this on purpose.
  • "Take him away but don't kill him. I'll keep him alive until he begs me to kill him himself." Enzo smirked again as his men started dragging the man away in the poll of his blood.
  • "Please, let my father go. Take me instead. I'll do...I'll do anything you want me to do, please. Just leave him, please." The girl cried.
  • She crawled on her knees and grabbed Enzo's legs but received a slap that threw her backward.
  • She got up again and made to grab his leg when the intimidating man started pulling her backward.
  • "What is this little girl doing here, Draco? Who brought her here?" Enzo demanded, looking annoyed.
  • "Um..she's the man's daughter. She insisted on following us when we took her father. I guess she's daddy's girl." The intimidating man, whose name is Draco, answered.
  • "Please, I can do anything. I swear, I can do anything." The girl who was about my age kept pleading.
  • "Like what? What can you do?" Draco asked, laughing.
  • "I...I can steal for you. I can rob someone too. I can...." she stopped when Draco started laughing all over again.
  • I heard Enzo sigh.
  • "Take her back. I don't want her in my house." Enzo stated, standing up.
  • "Please, I really can do anything. Give me a chance." She kept pleading.
  • The other men came back and started laughing with Draco.
  • "What? Can you fuçk? Are you sweet down there?" Draco mockingly asked.
  • The girl paused for a second before replying.
  • "Yes. I am." She answered, making Draco and the other guys look at her. They looked surprised at her bold confession. Even Enzo stopped to look at her.
  • "Um...boss, I think...I think she can be useful to you. You can fuçk her when you're done, and she's young. I think she'll be very obedient." Draco suggested, coughing slightly.
  • "Yes, boss. She can be." The other guys instantly agreed. Even the girl has hopes in her eyes.
  • What? Does she want to be used as a sex toy? I can't believe this. It looks as if Draco is the one who wants her to me. Enzo doesn't seem interested in her looks.
  • "Okay, you can keep her since she wants to stay. She could be of many use too." Enzo agreed.
  • "Thank you so much." The girl fell on the floor and thanked him happily.
  • Is she stupid? I don't think she wants to stay because of her father. No, I think that's far from the reason because her father might not last the night. —The beating got to him, and he has lost a lot of blood. The floor is covered with his blood, and she knows it.
  • And even if the man doesn't die, Enzo won't let the man go. I think the girl is just digging her grave, or she probably has other motives. This is so terrifying. Draco has already taken the girl to who knows where.
  • She'll suffer here.
  • Writer's POV
  • As Enzo walked down the long hallway headed for his room, a voice called out to him, making him stop.
  • "Brother," he listened to. He turned back, knowing who it was.
  • "I want to talk to you." Kyle started.
  • Enzo didn't blink, just kept staring at him.
  • "I want to ask you why you brought Madison here. And why are you scaring her? What did she do to you?" Kyle asked in one breath.
  • Enzo stared at him for a while before sighing.
  • "Stay away from it. It doesn't concern you."He stated and turned to leave.
  • "Can you answer my question for once?! Stop treating me like I'm a stranger to you. I hate it. Stop it!" Kyle snapped, making Enzo turn to face him again.
