Chapter 17 The Luna Knows Too

• Jared returned to his room, excitement coursing through him as he replayed the event that had transpired in the throne room. Finally! He was getting all that he had ever wanted and it was such a delight to see.
• The next thing to do was to either strip Leah, Adelia's friend, of her position as a scout wolf or to restrict her from leaving the pack with other scouts. Jared knew that Leah was in support of the rejection but he did not know if she was in support of Aiden's death.
• It was possible she would inform Adelia about it when she goes on one of their scout journeys and that would escalate issues. Jared knew he had to do something quickly, at least until Aiden had been put to death, before totally relaxing.
