Chapter 20 Fiona

• I was stuck in this house for three days without doing anything. Joshua wouldn’t let me go to campus after I tried to run away from him. He said I had wasted the one chance he gave me, and I would never get another one. Not even his trust. Hell, like I ever expected it.
• For three days straight, I slept on the couch. Yeah, it was fucking uncomfortable. I wanted to sleep on a big bed with soft pillows and blankets. Every night I stared enviously at Joshua sleeping comfortably on the bed. He wouldn’t let me sleep in the guest room, and he said he didn’t mind sharing a bed with me. But I minded sharing a bed with him. Joshua never even slept in another room like before. He always went into his bedroom around nine, then slept on his big bed like a baby. I think he did it on purpose to make fun of me who chose to sleep on the couch.
