Chapter 19 Joshua

• I ran out through the back door that connected to the path behind my mansion. As I expected, the iron door was wide open because Fiona had just escaped from the kitchen door. From a distance, I saw the silhouette of her body running unsteadily with twelve-inch heels wrapped around her feet. Fiona heard the sound of my footsteps. She quickened her pace. She thought she could escape from me, but I would not let her escape from me after I married her.
• “You think you can escape from me, huh?”
• I pulled her hair hard and Fiona screamed in pain. Her body jerked back.
