Chapter 40 His Claim

• The next morning, Daphne did come to Umbrie's house as promised. She went into Umbrie's room and waited while Umbrie was in the bathroom. Umbrie almost got a heart attack seeing someone dressed in black, sitting in front of her mirror. But it did not take long for her to realize that is her best friend Daphne. 
• "What the heck Daphne?!" Umbrie exclaimed. 
• "Oh hi Umbrie. I'm here to follow you to school." Daphne waved at her like nothing happened.
