Chapter 31 Burn
- Excited, I open the door to our room. Liam is on the bed, his back on the headboard. Seeing me, he opens his arms and gestures for me to come closer.
- I come into his embrace and sit on his lap while he wraps his arms around my body. The instant I do, his lips go to the side of my neck, nibbling and brushing his lips over my skin.
- “I really thought you were pissed off, seeing the torn-up letter and all,” he says.
