Chapter 21 Unwanted Reunion

• I was angry about the whole thing, but I certainly couldn't do anything about it, not when Mom was involved. I picked up the iPad as Basil followed after Hunter out of the building and started checking my schedule for the day as I heard the car leaving. There wasn't much for the day, just a couple of meetings with the food factory and tech company, the rest was all paperwork at the office.
• I went back upstairs to get a car key - I wasn't going to trek to work. I opened the car key drawer and surveyed the whole keys and their potential vehicles. After debating between taking a GLE Coupe, a GLC Coupe, and a GLA SUV, I finally decided to settle for the first option; the GLE Coupe. I went back down and went to the garage to get my ride. On opening the garage, even I momentarily thought that it was a car shop. Different cars and models were everywhere, I couldn't actually number them, but if I were to give an estimate, there would probably be about twenty cars in there waiting to be driven.
