Chapter 15

• A knock sounded on Agnes's apartment door.
• Agnes dismissed whatever she was doing and walked to the door. Obviously she had forgotten that Ethan was coming over. "Who is that?" she asked, not peeping through the hole.
• "It is Ethan," he said staring at his watch. Immediately Agnes became alerted, she peeped through the hole and saw that it was really Ethan. She saw that he was dressed corporately in a black suit and a tie. Agnes tried to remember the occassion of the day. She did not remember any occasion. It was at that moment, that it dawned on her that Ethan was coming to pick her up.
