Chapter 465

• It was a warm day, so we sat in the shade and ate mostly in silence. As we munched on our sandwiches, I noticed Mom was wearing a rather short dress that rode up high on her thighs as she sat. She didn't normally dress that way, but I figured it was the warmth of the day and all. It was a pretty dress and showed off her well-toned leg and thigh muscles.
• "I assume everyone got on their flights?" I asked.
• "What?" Mom said. "Oh yeah. All good. They should have a great time away."
