• We soon arrived at the hotel. It was a beautiful hotel right on the beach. This was my first hotel stay. Sure, I stayed at cheap motels a few times, but this was much nicer. The room had a large king bed. It was huge. It also overlooked a gorgeous pool and the ocean. I was impressed.
• I was a bit nervous in the room. I had never thought of him in a sexual way, and I was hoping it wouldn't be awkward. He picked up on this and suggested we go down to the Tiki bar by the pool for drinks and a bite to eat. I didn't even know what a Tiki bar was. I was in a different world.
• I unpacked and went into the bathroom to freshen up and change.
