- His breath hitched at the mention of his name and he forgot to speak, just replaying the way she said his name over and over again in his head. Carl, that was who he was. He'd always hated the name Valthor and the identity too. He hated being this person whom Zara couldn't recognize and love yet there was no other choice he could've made beside this one. However, at that moment he never wanted to be refered to as Valthor again. Not when the mention of his real name by his beloved sounded like a piece of heaven.
- "Why are you silent?" Zara asked feeling impatient. He wasn't going to leave her hanging like other times was he? She wouldn't be able to bare it again if he did so.

You knew how much joy and relieve I would have felt if you told me. But you didn't. You kept the truth from me, watching me all this time make a fool of myself. You even went as far as giving me the mist portion just so I wouldn't realized who you were. If you wanted to so strongly hide yourself from me, perhaps you should have just destroyed the antidote to the mist portion that way you could continue to remain the man I won't recognize, Someone unworthy of my love."
