• Walking back to her chamber, several thought played over Zara's mind. The king had taken queen Catherine for a slave perhaps as leverage just like her, after all, queen Catherine was the younget sister of king Alfred of Nival(one of the seven kingdoms before, now part of the merged kingdom). Was he planning to use her to force the hand of the Nival king to surrender to him?
• A movement in the hallway caught her attention, making her pause. She followed the figure with her gaze, hiding behind a pillar when the person glanced back.
