• A few days had passed, and we had returned back to the pack the day after the day I went with Jordan into the Altar forest. I did not realize how heavy the burdens of the Silver Claw pack were until they were laid on my shoulders.
• It was quite hard for me to make the decision to become the acting ruler of the pack even though the council of elders were not pleased with it despite the fact that we had made an excuse that the Alpha and Luna were out of the pack for vacation.
• The only reason why they consented to it was majorly because Beta Harold the third was there with me, and then he also handed over my father's letter to them with his seal, saying that he was a leave to rest and so he was handing over the pack to me for a while.
