• It was 9 in the morning already, and Finn was rushing to return to the apartment before Noe woke up. He left without her knowledge, intending to catch Mirae before she left for work.
• He decided to drop by a grocery store to get something, thinking proactively about an excuse that he could sell to Noe if she discovered that he was gone while she was asleep.
• Luckily, Noe was still sleeping soundly when Finn returned. He immediately put the grocery bag on the table and started preparing toast and omelet.
