Chapter 7

  • **Annabelle**
  • After my little joke, Fallon was as calm as a dove and by calm I meant he didn't try to make any snarky comments at me. I concentrated on his parents whom I missed. We had a lot of catching up to do, but I didn't let them know I was Annabelle.
  • "So Isa… What do you do for a living?" His dad asked curiously. I offered him a small smile before responding.
  • "Well, now I was more of an entrepreneur saving money to start-up my business." He smiled at my simple response.
  • "That's amazing." His mom remarked.
  • "You know Isabelle, usually when our son brings a girl over, we would be mean to them, so they'll go away, we wanted him with someone else who he hurt, but I can't explain why I feel like I know you and I just want to accept you." Her confession warmth my heart.
  • "I feel exactly the same way." She smiled and we continued eating.
  • Suddenly, the skies began to darken, and it threatened to rain.
  • "Oh my Rhoda, close the windows please." His mom ordered as wind began to blow.
  • "It seems it's going to rain heavily." His dad commented, I couldn't help but agree.
  • Just then, I noticed little droplets of rain on the window. We continued to eat in silence until I heard the rumbling of thunder outside. Droplets of rain soon turned into a heaven downpour followed by lightning and thunder.
  • It began to get chilly, I lubricated my skin to get warm at the same time, I finished eating.
  • "We need to get going, I need to drop her off before the roads get blocked." Fallon finally spoke up, cleaning his lips as well.
  • "Are you insane!" His mom exclaimed, and I fought to hide my chuckle.
  • "I know you and your father prefer to act all invisible, but Isabelle is a woman, not a man. You can't seriously be thinking of taking her in there and if you are, I won't let you." She said firmly.
  • "But, she has to get into work early tomorrow."
  • "I'm sure she can skip a day, besides I'll wake you two up early to leave, but you're spending the night here and that's last." She stood up with a smile.
  • "I'll go get the rooms ready." She said to me.
  • "I'll help with the dishes." I gathered them slowly, her eyes were on me all through.
  • "Is there something wrong?"
  • "No, you just remind me of someone, but it's okay." I exhaled remembering I used to do the same thing as Annabelle, I have to stop acting the way I used to before.
  • She walked upstairs and his dad excused himself to go get some rest after complimenting me and giving us his approval, wishing he would see us soon.
  • I turned to Fallon's direction smirking.
  • "Having fun aren't you." He said gritting his teeth.
  • "You have no idea." I responded twitching my lips.
  • "Well enjoy it while it lasts then, don't let me be the cause of misery."
  • "But you already are." I faked a smile, pinching his cheeks hard.
  • "Well love birds, your room is ready." His mom announced, I removed my hands immediately clearing my throat.
  • "Rooms?" I asked forcing a small smile.
  • "Oh, it's okay. I'm not one of those boring moms who'll force you to stay in a separate room, you two can sleep together." I choked on my imaginary food.
  • "Actually ma'am, I'd prefer my room."
  • "That's nonsense dear, you don't have to shy around me, it's okay. Come on, it's getting chilly, you need a warm bath and a good night rest." She beckoned on us, I stood up reluctantly and Fallon trailed behind.
  • "Like I said, I wouldn't want to cause of your misery." He repeated and I bet he was smirking.
  • ********
  • She unlocked a door and I walked in first, my eyes nearly watered up. This was Fallon's old room, when we came here of course we would stay in separate rooms and this was his. It brought back so many memories, I shook my head forcing them away.
  • "It's all in this past." I muttered seating on the bed.
  • "There's warm water, you can take a shower, and I'll be back with some fresh clothes for you." She closed the door behind her, I fell on the bed closing my eyes.
  • "Just like old times only you would sleep in my shirt."
  • "And you wouldn't be despicable." I retorted scoffing.
  • "Annabelle..." He trailed off in a sad tone.
  • "I'm going to go take a shower." I stood up.
  • "Turn around please." I stated, he stood up turning towards the other direction. I got a towel from the closet, it smelt just like him. Likewise, I had no other choice, so I quickly took off my clothes wrapping it around my body.
  • "Shit." I cursed forgetting about the wig.
  • "I'll just have to take a shower, come back and quickly put it on." I thought, I quietly removed it placing it under the pillow as I moved towards the bathroom.
  • "You can turn around now." I slammed the door, locking it from the inside.
  • ********
  • After taking a shower, I washed my hair thoroughly which was damp after being stuck under the wig for hours. I dried my body applying some lotion still in the bathroom. Then, I proceeded to tie the towel firmly on my body, I've seen those movies where the towel slips off, and I didn't want that to happen. I unlocked the door and walked out, he was staring at a picture. Upon closer look I noticed it was the one we took In college, we looked so happy, and then he ruined it.
  • "You should dispose of that." I stated letting my hair fall. He turned around and sighed.
  • "I want to keep it."
  • "Why?"
  • "I don't know, I just want to." He replied and I scoffed. I moved towards the mirror staring at my face checking if my cream was working to remove the pimples on my face.
  • "Annabelle..."
  • "Isabella..." I corrected clenching my teeth.
  • "I just wanted to say..."
  • "He trailed off, I moved towards the bed to get my wig and put it on before his mom comes back. I reached for it at the same time, the door clicked. I jumped in fright. Before I could react, Fallon jumped on the bed pushing me on his chest, he covered me fully and the door opened.
  • "Mom!" He shrieked as I tried to get up.
  • "Oh, am so sorry."
  • "You said it yourself that the weather is chilly, can a man get a blow job in peace." He sucked the air out of my lungs.
  • "Am so sorry, I'll go now." He shut the door, I removed the blanket to meet him laughing.
  • "She left some clothes for you." He pointed to the pile of clothes still chuckling while I glared.
  • "Come on Anna, I just saved you."
  • "That was the best thing you could think of." I gritted my teeth in anger.
  • "I need to get back at you somehow." He flashed a grin and got out of bed.
