Ava was full of grievances but had to face reality. She kept encouraging herself and soon threw herself into the work with renewed energy, moving with the practiced efficiency of someone reinvigorated.
As she happened to be cleaning the big fish tank, Ava put her hands on her hips, muttering to herself in frustration, "Hmph, I cooked one of your fish. What's the big deal? Believe it or not, if you push me too far, I'll ensure you don't have a single fish left."
By coincidence, these words fell right into Aster's ears as he came downstairs for a drink of water. He stared at Ava's back wide-eyed, unable to believe what he had just heard.
