Chapter 5 Five

• "Ashley !"
• The girl looked up. She was a bit surprised because the path was too far to the edge. There was a sewer with black water there. If no one had called out to her earlier, Ashley would have been wallowing in the sewage by now.
• "Uh, Mrs. Mar." Ashley smiled awkwardly.
• "Daydreaming. It's still morning."
• The woman who was called Mrs. Mar by Ashley only spluttered. Her eyes scanned Ashley 's appearance this morning. There was nothing strange, what was strange was Ashley 's shuffling walk.
