Chapter 1702

• Okpon POV
• It felt like my head was no longer connected to my body. Everything seemed so far out of balance that my head felt heavy as I rolled it around and around. My breathing was light as each breath seemed so clean but yet unusual. The smell of sweet lilac penetrated the air causing me to feel drowsy and light-headed. It took a lot of will-power to push myself up. My eyes slowly opened and a ray of sunshine greeted me from the left. I looked through hooded eyes and realized that I was no longer in Bhutan.
• After a few moments of getting myself together I saw that I was sitting in a chair at a table. The table had all sorts of food including, fish, ham, turkey along with vegetables, bread and numerous desserts. There was a huge pitcher of water and my mouth started to feel dry. Without delay, I lounged at the pitcher and grabbed a glass. I sniffed the water to make sure it was okay to drink and dipped my fingertip in. It was cool and I decided to try it. It went down smooth and I couldn't seem to get enough of it. I drank an entire glass and sat it back on the table.
