Chapter 50

• At the ER the doctor on call said no bodily harm had been done to Lana-much to Jordan’s relief. The doctor said she didn’t need to be admitted and would just have to sleep it off, so he took her home in her passed-out state. He was glad that she wouldn’t remember any of this tomorrow although she had to deal with the shock of losing her long, beautiful hair. Jordan loved her hair and was still getting used to the fact that she didn’t have it anymore. Guess a trip to the barber was in order-for both of them.
• Maybe it would be better if he got someone to trim her hair into a presentable hairstyle while she was still knocked out. At least the impact of losing her hair wouldn’t be so bad when she woke up to face reality.
