• "What the hell Maddie! You are late! Did you forget about me or what?" Laura boomed as she opened the door to welcome her cousin.
• Maddie entered with a wide smile, holding big nylon bags in her hands. "Hello to you too Lulu."
• Laura frowned at her, not wanting to dismiss her annoyance so quickly. Maddie knew the plan was for them to leave together before King got back from work. But yet she decided to come three minutes before King was to get back!
