Chapter 26 THE RETURN

• "We need to talk." She hastily uttered and without waiting for Rubin's response, dragged him along.
• "Hey!" Laura muttered, "Come on Alexis–" She threw her hands dramatically in the air. Her anxiety almost made her forgot that she merely existed. "Who am I even talking to?" She snarled and went after them.
• Rubin on the other hand, knew without being told what he was in for but then, this wasn't the time. They were both going to get it hard from Mr. Hooks if they should get to class late.
