• The woman turned pale when she saw Goldman's CEO himself standing in front of her, demanding action against the cleaning woman.
• "Excuse me, sir," she stammered, barely containing her nerves. "It was an accident; I was just reaching for the trash can and I dropped it."
• "Do you take me for an idiot?" he inquired indignantly. "I saw enough to know what happened, first you tripped her on the wet floor, then you threw a glass of water at her and claimed it was an accident, and when you saw that she didn't flinch at your behavior, it annoyed you and you ended up emptying the basket."
