Chapter 70

• Raven sat on the kitchen counter, watching Damon move around the kitchen. She kept a hand on her abdomen, hoping the nausea would subside soon. The morning sickness was getting worse every day, and according to the classic book to read during pregnancy, “What to Expect When You’re Expecting,” it could get worse before it gets better when carrying twins. She was dreading so much of what she had read, but the thought of her babies, the only part she had left of the man she had fallen in love with.
