- "Are you nuts?" Xavier blurted out immediately.
- "I guess I am," I replied and shrugged, then folded my arms as I stared at father, mother and son. Susie just giggled as she kept eating her food. I could bet on my life that she was enjoying the show.
- "You will not see her," Brenda replied after being mute for a couple of minutes.
