Chapter 111 – The Kiss

• Henry grabbed the back of my head to steady me, keeping me still as he explored my mouth with his tongue. I could taste the whisky lingering on his lips as he continued to kiss me. My heart was beating rapidly in my chest, and everything just felt wrong. His tongue was slimy, and it gave me a nasty feeling throughout my entire body.
• I pressed the palms of my hands to his chest and gave him a push until he released me. He looked breathless and as he stared at me, I saw his eyes flashing something I didn’t recognize. It was a mix between lust and fury. It was like his wolf was trying to take control of him and have his way with me.
