- "I want you to teach me how to swim" I was taken aback by Clifford's words, why would he take me out to the river just to teach him how to swim. I felt very uneasy, knowing that I would have to walk down to the river just to teach a man how to swim, I even thought that we were going to have fun, maybe talk, pluck fruits just like old times.
