Chapter 117 The Vampire

• Her cell was much worse than the cell dungeons in the Tyrell. It smelled horrible with the human waste and her dress was torn terribly and some parts of her body were almost exposed. I wanted to feel pity for the situation she was in but after what she did to Claire, I thought this punishment was indeed worse than death. I wondered if she was being fed in this place because she lost so much weight the last time I saw her.
• “Kendra?”
• My echoing voice rattled her and what she first did was squeeze herself against the rocky wall of her cell, crying hysterically with her whole body trembling in fear. I wondered what kind of punishment Jonas’s men did to her because it was clear she was scared that someone would come here to torture her again.
