Chapter 48 The Magic Mirror

• I felt a bit relieved at his response and smiled back at him as I nodded, "Yeah, you're right, you're going to be just fine, but be careful, honey."
• "I will be." He muttered as he leaned his face closer to mine to brush his lips against my forehead before pulling back.
• He turned around to face the lake and didn't bother taking off his shoes as he jumped into the lake. I watched as Alpha Clause dived into the Lake of Eversea to retrieve the Mirror of Wisdom which could be seen gleaming from under the lake. However, just before he reached the mirror, a giant, black dragon that looked like a snake appeared in front of the mirror. The dragon started shooting fire at Alpha Clause through his mouth while he tried to fight him to get to the mirror.
