Chapter 28 The New Beta

• Alpha Clause looked at me and I gave him a reassuring smile, knowing that no man or hewolf could make me leave him. Beta Connor nodded, looking relieved at our words and smiled, "I'm glad that you both understand, I'll be going now."
• "Wait, I need to pack my things." Brittany muttered as she smiled at him which was something we barely see. Before she could leave the scene, Rachel walked into the living room dragging a large, pink suit case.
• "No need, I already did when I saw Beta Connor packing. I knew that you two have to be mates with how Beta Connor has been looking at you since last year's Mating Ceremony." Rachel said with a smile as she handed Brittany's suitcase to her.
