• I received the files you sent concerning some details but since this is a real face-to-face conversation, I want to know more, like tell me more. After saying this, I drop to the back rest of my seat, relaxing myself and making sure to achieve a high level of convenience while listening to what is going to be said.
• "Excuse me, sorry for the mishap. This is my first time, so can we make a proper introduction? Sorry, for not bringing this up earlier but I'll start with you." I gaze at the first man from my right, urging him to start. Meanwhile I blink at Catherine asking her to write down their names, even without saying a word, she gets what I mean. It's this name and the location based on where they are sitting. I would wish to address them individually if need be, as I don't want to appear confused during the course of this meeting.
