• My lips beam into a smile. I was wondering if none of my best friends would call in my captivity. "Catherine , how are you doing? I really miss you!" I try to moderate my voice to the lowest pitch possible. Yes, they wouldn't see me physically except they walk to this point but if they hear my voice they would know I'm talking to someone. My voice can easily betray me, so I reduce it to the barest minimum.
