Chapter 8 Chapter seven

• Rain night
• I tucked on my expensive Versace pants up to my waist level together with a white button shirt. Nothing too fancy like a suit which I will use for the upcoming meeting. Tomorrow was the meeting with all other alphas and counsel elders, but before then I have so much pack work to do.
• I left my room and walked to my private elevator and swipe my ID card, before hitting the bottom for the top floor. Our office building doubles as our pack house is huge building different from mine personal mansion which was in the middle of the pack like a skyscraper. It was beautiful and magnificent.
• I came out if my building and walked further into the direction of the pack building and entered another elevator that lead me to my personal office. The top floor of this building is were the conference meeting for the alpha's will be held.
• I entered my office and tossed my keys onto the table sitting by the front door and walked to by office desk which has a huge window close to it where you could see the woods and feel the natural breeze hit your skin.
• "Lets go for a run. “my wolf said sounding so impatient.
• "We can't go for a run now, when we have so much work maybe later."i told him and forcefully close the mind link between us.
• I made myself comfortable and began doing nothing, I had no important job to do except to cross check the work done by my ranking wolf to make sure there was no error.
• Almost half way through cross checking the files on my desk, the documents were so many, I heard a knock on the door and told the person to come inside.
• It was my beta ,Andrew who walked into my office. His eyes looked red and swollen from lack of sleep. I have never seen him this disorganized because he was so arranged and never look so dress. I knew this because he was also my best friend and like a brother to me. 
• " I found my mate." He said with a blank look on his face. His blue eyes held different emotions that I couldn't even decide which was more prominent from happiness to anger and disappointment not to forget disgust.
• "So I have heard.” I said dryly looking up to him and then back to my paperwork.
• I don't know why I feel so lazy when it comes to sign documents maybe I will just get Andrew to sign them for him.
• "I guess bad news travel fast then. “he said to me. I let out a long sigh, why was he angry and upset when he was the first of my high ranking wolf to find his mate. I will kill right now to have my submissive mate by my side on my lap giving me a private lap dance.
• "What do you mean Andrew? aren't you meant to be happy about this. Finally you have your mate who is a submissive she wolf and now you can now stop having those akwarked and boring sex like the rest if us." 
• He let out a laugh that didn't reach his eyes. He walked closer to my desk and rested his two hands on the arm chair.
• "my mate is not a submissive she wolf or trained, she is feisty like fire just like her red long beautiful hair. “he said with a far away look like he was picturing her already. 
• "I know all red haired her so if she is not submissive and very stubborn you can always train her to be one that's is our job we are good at that so what's the big deal why are you acting like a coward. You are the beta if my pack for a reason.” I shouted going as far as slamming the papers I was holding on my desk.
• " The big deal is my mate is not just any she wolf she has a high rank just like me Rain . She is actually beta of the black moon pack just like me. We are equal, I could feel her beta powers flow through our mate bond even though we haven't mated yet, let me not mention how she almost kill one of our pack warriors with just her tight grip."
• " What! your mate is the beta?” I asked almost stuttering. It was a very low chance for an high ranking wolf to be paired with another high ranking wolf.
• "That's an abomination ,your mate can't be your equal, If she does that will make you look weak infornt of everybody and I'm sorry I don't want a beta who everyone thinks his weak best friend or not just because he couldn't make her obey him and questions all his move.” I said to him meaning every word. Their mate bond was not balance both if them couldn't be beta, I would never allow it.
• " You know there nothing I can do. I didn't choose her a mate so blame the moon goddess for giving me no choice. “he shouted almost in pain at the thought of rejecting his mate, we both know it will kill him.
• " Don't worry yourself too much ,I will come up with a plan to make her submissive just like I always do to all of them. “he nodded his head in agreement but I could see the fear in his eyes from my method of making a she wolf submissive.
• "Don't worry yourself much I won't hurt her too much." I said to him in a consoling manner giving him an evil smile. I enjoy breaking women into being submissive, it’s what I do best.
• He nodded his head and walked out if the door. My method of dealing with his mate was to take her to the dungeon and torture her were hopefully she will learn her lesson not to act like a man .
• "I would never allow you to do that to mate, never."
• "Quiet wolf ,we don't need to do that because deep down I know our mate will be an omega and a good girl just how I like them on less she prove otherwise, then we punish her. “he let out a growl at my choice of words and I laughed in response.
• " can we go for a run now."
• "Yeah we can, it's getting late so this is the best time."
• I rounded up all my work and walked out if my office to the elevator. 
• The evening sun cast long shadows on the ground. The slanting rays of the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky.
• Pack members who walked by greeted me but I ignored them and walked to the direction of the woods and change. I could feel the woods calling me to come so without wasting time I transformed into my huge gray wolf.
• My paws touched the earth as I ran faster and faster deeper. I got to a point I the smell of vanilla mixed with honey became stronger and stronger.
• I jumped over rocks and continued following the sweet scent which lead me to our pack river which can be frightening place at night with dangers lurking in the dark shadows of the foliage.
• "Go deeper rain."
• "Why?."
• "Shut your mouth and go deeper." My wolf said in a scolding tone.
• I obeyed and continued walking deeper and the heavenly scent of honey and vanilla becomes stronger and mouth watering. I immediately transformed back to my human form naked. My clothes turn up before when I had earlier change so now leaving me in my birthday suit.
• I saw a naked lady standing by a distance who was taking her bath in the river like an enchanted goddess.
• I couldn't see her face clearly but one thing came to my mind as my wolf purrs and howled the last words I expected to hear for the night.
• " Mate!."
