Chapter 94 The Real Story

• The Ross Manor was dark when Alexander drove in. The gravel crunched under his tires, loud in the stillness. No one came out to greet him, not even the old butler Simmon who used to work for him in Night Snow Palace but was now in Ross Manor.
• He parked and stepped out of the car, walking towards the door, his shoes broke the silence of the night.
• Without knocking, he opened the huge entrance door which was unlocked as if the occupants were waiting for his arrival. The few servants who were still awake froze at his presence and lowered their heads.
