• The sun had risen and its rays casted a warm glow, through the window, on the two ladies sleeping soundly on the bed with their hair scattered, almost tangling together. It was Sunday morning and everyone was at home with no place in mind to go.
• Ava stirred awake and groggily reached for her phone on the bedside table to check the time. She fell back asleep but before she could drift off, the doorbell rang, incessantly. She silently cursed the person behind the door and annoyingly sat up, threw the covers off before she walked out of the room, down the staircase and towards the door.
