• It's been a while, yes? I'm sorry for taking so long.. Maverick and I locked eyes, but I wasn't ready, I thought I was, but everything reminded me of Jordan. His touch, his face, his body, his voice.
• Of course, Maverick is different from Jordan. Hopefully, he is. I've learnt not to vouch for any man anymore after what happened to me, so yeah I can't say for a fact that Maverick is 100% different but I can hope that he is.
