• Despite the warm temperature all throughout the office, I couldn’t refrain myself from getting the chills down my spine as Lucas turned into a ferocious beast, which I never hoped to see, not even once. I unconsciously held onto my necklace as I continuously called for Sarina to come and save me, if ever that the worst case scenario occurs. “Exactly what are you planning to achieve in this realm, Alpha Lucas?” I asked that almost out of a whisper. I was trying my best not to trigger his anger much more than what I have already done.
