• For the past three days, I didn't set eyes on the alpha. It was as though he disappeared into thin air and the last time I saw him, things didn't end well. What if I didn't see him again? Okay, that was too extreme. But what if he comes back and decides not to see me again? What if he hates me now for not stopping him back then?
• Every morning I woke up, he was the first person that came to my mind. His forest scent from when I had seen him the first time kept lingering in my mind and it was getting difficult not to think about him. His eyes and his silvery hair were what attracted me more to him physically. He was like a demigod and his dangerous aura made me think I was falling in love with the alpha. Too good I knew that one can only be mated once and I was sure he would be mated to Raven. Of course, he likes her and she adores him. All those special treatments he showed me were just a great act of kindness from him just because I was new to the pack, right?
