Chapter 16

• "Why are you here love?" Catherine quietly stepped out of the hall and onto the empty side balcony. She gazed out at the garden.
• She turned her head as hands wrapped around her waist with a firm embrace. Diego's warm breath brushed against her ear, sending a flutter through her stomach.
• "Let go of me. Killian is watching us; the guests are present, and my brother is here as well," she pulled away with some hesitation. She wants to stay a little longer, yet feels the unease of being discovered.
