Chapter 12 Get Some Loving

• Damien was thoughtful enough not to drive all the way to her apartment—Bella feared that Vaughn might still be waiting for her there. He wouldn’t be too happy to know she was spending time with his cousin.
• If possible, she wouldn’t even want to return to the apartment. She didn’t want to face Vaughn; who knew what kind of torture he’d put her through?
• But she would need to convince him to let her remain in school. When morning came, she’d be easily swayed because then he’d think she was back to being the stupid girl who loved him and did whatever he said.
