- "Uhmm..." Thea woke up from her sleep. Her dry throat interrupted her slumber. With her eyes half-closed, Thea reached for the jug kept by her bedside, but it was empty.
- "I shouldn't have been lazy earlier," Thea thought as she crawled out of her bed and headed downstairs to fetch herself some water. She could have called one of the maids, but she didn't feel it was right to do so this late at night.
